To The Team at Monarch Cleaners Ltd

I will be leaving Wales in the next few weeks to move to the South West of England
to be nearer to my Family.

So, this is to say .......A Very Big Thank you for making such a perfect job of all my
laundry over the past 2 years or so.

I know you all work very hard to please your customers and I for one appreciate the
Skill and dedication which goes into your production of Perfect Laundry.

I would also like to say a Special Thank you to Pete, who battles daily with Traffic Jams,
Road Works and other Hazards to make his deliveries on time.

Thank you for all your patience when I have made a Call.

I shall miss the contact.

I hope I can find a Service which comes anywhere close to that which I have had from you all
